WOODHENGE
First locate WoodHenge in Cahokia IL. The best day to visit is on the
morning of the winter solstice just in time for dawn.
Get your bearing then head to the picnic area on the south side of
Collinsville Road within sight of WoodHenge.
Head to the east most pavilion. Take advantage of the foot paths and through
the tree line.
This cylindrical box with hand carved stamp is located at the base of a
many forked tree along the east edge of the tree line (west edge of an open
clearing).
These coordinates will take you closer:
38d 39.41 N, 90d 03.98E
Be sure to close up all ziplocks and wedge back into its spot.

I just checked on this letterbox and found the log book full of letterboxing
stamps!!! I was very impressed!
Most of our boxes are also available on the geocaching website since there
are only 10 letterboxers in the ara (8 usually letterbox from my vehicle). Its
a real treat to see letterboxers stamped in!!
